Congratulations, graduates!
You did it! You’ve graduated residency. Now, additional training and the real world awaits. The transition out of residency is wonderful and exciting, and it can be challenging.
In the 2023 YO Info Graduate Edition, you’re going to get tips about how to make that transition richer for you. The Academy is here to offer you pearls about how to ease into a new practice while gaining the confidence of your colleagues.
We’ll offer advice on managing work-life balance and how to be both a parent and a doctor. As a physician, you’ll want to incorporate sustainability into your practice, and we offer tips on that, too.
Make the most of your precious time by reading our list of articles. Don’t forget to view our previous graduate editions too, for additional tips (2021, 2022).
Also, the graduate edition can be beneficial to senior residents as well! So forward interesting articles to the residents where you trained or where you are doing your fellowship.
